The author of Technology and Inequality, J.P. Allen, will be speaking at the Bank of Canada’s “Conference on Digitalization and the Economy” in Ottawa, Canada on September 7th.
JP says: I’ll be sharing my insights from the book about digital technology and increasing inequality, as well as the search for solutions. As an outside observer, I can see that Canada is aggressively pursuing tech companies. I will be eager to learn more about how they plan to address inequality issues as they build out their digital economy.
